I write a small recipe website www.therecipechef.co.uk, but when I am not coming up with new ideas and writing recipes I love to make cakes for people. I am not a proffesional cake maker, infact I have only been making them for around 2 years. I thought it was about time that I shared my creations and the tips that I have learn't along the way.
